SaBooks is project paperwork for freelancers, contractors, small businesses, and anyone who needs simple personal invoicing. Send proposals, generate invoices, and track payments — without juggling several apps. Everything is stored privately under your own account.

SaBooks is in open beta. It's actively maintained, ships small updates frequently, and the roadmap is shaped by real users. Expect rough edges — and expect them to get fixed quickly.

What You Can Do

• Send proposals — itemized estimates with scope and terms, exported as a PDF or emailed straight to the client.
• Invoice in one tap — turn an accepted proposal into an invoice without retyping the line items.
• Track payments — record what comes in and watch each invoice's balance due update automatically.
• See where you stand — a dashboard charts proposals, invoices, and payments across any date range.
• Work anywhere — sign in from any browser, install it to your phone or desktop, or use the dedicated iOS app — your data follows your account everywhere.

Get Started

Open SaBooks in your browser and sign in with Google or Apple. On a phone, you can install it to your home screen straight from the browser — on Android that's a full-featured installed app, no Play Store required. iPhone users can also download the dedicated SaBooks app from the App Store. There is nothing to configure — add a client, add a project, and send your first proposal.
